One of the strangest 3D extras is on the Finding Nemo 3D disc. There are '3D Wallpapers' which are short renders from different scenes in the film that run on a loop. No characters in them, just background scenery. The first one is actually the background of the disc's menu, and it runs for about a minute before looping. The other 4 or so loop after 10 seconds. Very cool to just sit and notice the details for a while.

A few Fox 3D Blu's have 3D trailers. I think Prometheus has Avatar and I, Robot.

We definitely need more 3D trailers. Fox are the only ones who seem to be good at including them.

I wonder if they're trying to cross promote 3D, and if that 3D feature is on the 2D only version of the movie also. If that was true, that wouldn't be such a bad idea, to try to generate more interest in 3D content.

WB did a series of 3D Looney Tunes a few years back. I was hoping they'd gather them together for a 3D Blu-ray release along with the 1950s 3D Looney Tune 'Lumber Jack-Rabbit'. But that never happened.

In the meantime a few of them have been released as extras. 'Fur of Flying' is on the Legend of the Guardians disc in 3D.

It's actually surprising how few 3D extras there have been. It's a sad state of affairs how many 3D discs are totally barebones. You're lucky if they even stick on a few trailers.

Happy Feet 2 has the best of the Looney Tunes 3D shorts. It's Tweety and Sylvester and it's BRILLIANT!

Silent Hill: Revelation has "A Look Inside Silent Hill: Revelation," which is a pretty useless 3-minute talking heads EPK but does happen to be in 3D.

Absolutely. If a film is in 3D, I literally don't ever want to have to watch it in 2D, even if just for the commentary.

I certainly don't like being denied the option.

Yeah, it was strange they had a short making of in 3D that was only about 3 minutes. Guess it was better than nothing, though I only watched that extra 1 time so far.

Verified there are No 3D extras on the U.S. "The Book of Life" or "Home" Blu-ray 3D releases.

Also an FYI: The U.K. 3D release of "Mr. Peabody & Sherman" does not include The “All New Rocky & Bullwinkle Adventure” 3D short.
