I rewatched this last night and it hasn't held up great. It's really weak but has some great scenes. The story is a joke, the dialogue is probably the worst of the series and there is so much CG in all of the action scenes. All of the big stunts are CG mainly. The ending is superb, really great send off to Paul but i think the series could benefit from reigning things in just a little.

Compare the finale of Fast Five with the safe being towed to the finale of this where they're all racing around LA at night and buildings etc are getting demolished and attack choppers are firing missiles. It's funy but Fast Five beats this in every way.

This is one of those where if you're all about the extras, get this for that reason. It's the one which will go oop/oos. If you're patient F&F7 will be £5 on BD by Xmas.

So that way and the dvd, overall you'll pay about £1 extra

Re-watching this now, and this is a mighty fine looking film on BD! Perfect for a hungover sunday afternoon film!

I watched the extended version the other night and couldn't see anything new in it at all? Admittedly I did only see it once in the cinema but it wasn't that long ago. Anyone know what was new in this extended version?!

How did people find the audio on this compared to the last two films DTS MA tracks?
