UPDATE: I just got off the phone with Disney and i got mine to work and it sounds like it a simple fix to the problem, you have to go to your settings screen of your PS3, then go to BD/DVD settings, go to near the bottom where it says BD 1080p 24Mhz playback, click that and turn it off, then restart the system and it worked, somekind of PS3 problem with not playing a movie that doesnt support that |

I thought that little picture window was supposed to remain up there.
The only issue I see is is between speial features playing it flashes back to the whole screen skull for a mili second. |

only 5 1/2 load cycles for the special features disc. Compare that to Day after Tomorrow (pre-firmware update) 17 1/2 load cycles. |

Messing with the 1080@24 settings didn't help for my copy.
What did work is hitting the ff button before the menu button. That works 100%. The previews start,.. I hit FF,.. I hit menu.. and I"m in. I hate seeing some buggy-ness with my PS3 though. This is more the sort of behavior I would expect from HD DUD. -Brian |

I had a real problem trying to get mine to play on bdp s1. It took 7 attempts before I was able to watch. It didn't start till I tried the menus button. Had trouble playing Die Hard as well. Guessing I need a firmware update. I don't have a dvd burner on computer. I have 1.6 only.
