Why don't you ask someone to to order an extra one and pay them when the invoice arrives?

i am guessing its 700 or more of these. Elektra was a small run but most are fairly big. If you miss out you can still order directly from the site once it goes live.

Karel, the host will probably have to get more copies or make changes.

The gb is already way over the 200 copy mark.

With people asking for 2 that's more than a 1/4 already.

It's a wait and see moment now.
