I was just coming to post this, I'm glad someone beat me to it though. This is shaping up to be one of the best releases in all of the Blu Ray library. There is a staggering amount of extra content, multiple versions of the film, and then all the great fanfare items making this easily amongst the very best collectors editions ever. I'm super happy that the restoration doc and the linear notes booklet made the final release. I can't wait for this beauty to shop up at my home, this is one release that's definitely looking to have been worth the wait. Many other major (and independent) studios could learn a thing or two from the amount of pride and effort that has gone into this.

I was a backer of the IndieGoGo campaign, and I just wanted to say that you really delivered! I've been a fan of this movie since I first rented it in the 90's, and you went above and beyond on this. I couldn't be happier with this release.

One site that I personally frequent for reviews is Mondo-Digital. Not sure if you're familiar with it, but if you're looking to send screeners, it's something you may consider.

I can absolutely second this - I have been part of a number of crowdfunding campaigns. Some were handled well, some left a lot to be desired - but the campaign for The Dead Next Door was a perfect example of how one of these campaigns should be handled. And on top of that, the final product is excellent too! Well done, JR!

Thanks so much for the kind words! Not to oversimplify it, but I tried to run the whole thing the way I'd want to see it done. It was my first crowdfunding effort after studying what others had done, so always nice to hear positive feedback.

Yeah this whole release was so great. After watching this for so many years, it was great to get to see it on bluray and with the original cast audio. I have so much love for this flick.

I absolutely love this film but didn't know anything about this release! Just stumbled across this, it looks amazing!

It says on the site only the first 1000 copies will come with the booklet and will be signed. Any idea if they are all gone?

I'm from the UK so this release will cost me $50 in total with shipping so i'm not sure if i should pull the trigger on this, its a lot of money for me

I think the $50 is just American. I think it comes out to £35GBP. But they do occasionally do discounts, if you're fine with waiting.

Thanks! The original cast mix was one of my favorite bits to put together for this release. To paraphrase The Dude, it really tied the whole room together.
