This should probably be pointed out sooner rather than later. The rules (#1 and #10) have been slightly tweaked by the moderators after discussion. A minimum valid claim now requires three UV codes and iTunes codes don't count at all towards the minimum. They are still welcomed as additional offerings. $7.99 iTunes egifts are valid on their own as offers.

Rule #10 addresses the penalty for an offer getting rolled back or skipped. It has been decided that you may retract your offer without penalty for one hour after the initial posting. You can still retract after one hour by deleting your post, but that means you can't claim in Pay It Forward for the next 24 hours. This was to prevent users from deleting their claims right before the 4 hour mark.

1. Every valid claim must include a minimum of three UltraViolet codes which redeem in HDX quality. UltraViolet, VUDU, and Disney's digitalcopyplus codes all qualify towards the minimum requirement.

Codes are not necessary for a valid claim if the offer includes a $4 Paypal or Amazon gift certificate. $5 VUDU credits can also work as valid offers on their own. $7.99 iTunes e-gifts are another legitimate option as offers.

10. If your Pay It Forward offer isn't claimed after four hours and gets skipped by the next claim, you can't claim in Pay It Forward 3.0 for the 24-hour period following your initial offer. You may include an early rollback option in your offer. Any offer including the option that gets rolled back before four hours faces no penalty.

You have one hour to retract your offer without penalty before it triggers a 24-hour suspension of claiming rights. So retracting at the three hour mark will still result in a 24-hour period in which you can't claim in Pay It Forward.
