This website did not review Harry Potter, what are you talking about?

They're $20 apiece if you have a place that price matches Target.com, then $25 for OOTP.

I don't want the box set because I don't want to store it, and I want something that goes with the rest of my Blu-rays. The little knick knacks are worthless to me, as is the game or whatever is on one of the extra discs. I've read the books, that's all the extras I need.

For me personally, these are among the most anticipated releases of the year for me. These are some of my favorite movies (especially 3 & 5!) and obviously I love the books! I will be buying them separately cuz I want the standard cases.

I got the first 4 for approx. $16.24 each and the fifth for $21.79 bringing the total to $86.75. I bought it from moretonbayblu-ray.com but it was 20% off on a sale back in November.

I myself am picking up GOF tomorrow but I believe my fiance purchased the remaining discs from Amazon for us. I didn't want to purchase the gift set because I have no need for the extras or the extravagent packaging. I prefer to have the discs individually so I can add the remaining two a few years down the road.

Not buying...

I won't spend money on something that is discontinued the moment it ships. Sorry but boxed sets that don't have all the movies are, to be honest stupid.

WHEN they make the uber-super limited 7 movie edition. Then I will buy.

You all from the UK need to get together and form a coalition to find a good source in the states to pick up the items cheaper and ship them overseas.

Sounds like you would save a bundle.

I'll be buying these separately, but one or two a week as the Christmas money has dwindled. This week I'll at least pick up #5.

Cool

Never seen any of the Potter films, but I'm buying all 5. Should be a great experience on bluray, and if I don't really like them, I have a friend that will buy them off me.

I'm buying the first one. OK, I need everyone to sit down for this. I've never seen or read any of the Harry Potter's. So I'm planning on getting the first one and trying it out, if I like it I'll probably get the rest over the next few weeks.

Getting OoTP. GoF was so craptastic it will be years before I buy that. I will probably nab BDs of the 1st three over the next year or so.

I hope you're getting each disc shipped separately - 200 NOK is the limit for avoiding customs/MVA. I'm paying only 756 NOK (that's 138 USD) with shipping, and of course no MVA.
