Baahubali: The Beginning,is a 2015 Indian bilingual epic historical fiction film directed by S. S. Rajamouli. Produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni, it is the first of two cinematic parts.The film was simultaneously made in Telugu and Tamil and dubbed into Hindi, Malayalam and French languages. It features an ensemble cast of Prabhas, Rana, Tamannaah and Anushka Shetty in lead roles. Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, Nassar, Adivi Sesh, Tanikella Bharani and Sudeep appear in supporting roles . Baahubali: The Beginning was released worldwide on 10 July 2015 to positive reviews from critics, and it recorded the highest-grossing opening for an Indian film at the box-office.Currently it is the third highest grossing Indian film of all time worldwide and the highest grossing Indian film of all time based on gross revenues from India alone. It is also the first Telugu, South Indian and first non-Hindi film to gross over ₹500 crore (US$77 million) worldwide.

Looks like our forum entrepreneur Jerry James will have to work fast to launch his crowdfunded AwesomeBlu-Ray initiative, if he wants to include this film in his plans. With the announcement of the Malayalam dub on BD, how far away can the Hindi and Telugu versions be?

Hope this has hindi dub in the languages options, then it is a buy for me, or hoping for a hindi version, this movie is one of the most visually spectacular movies i have seen in my life, dying to get it

Or you can always watch the movie in its original language and read the movie with English subtitles.

Todd, these movies are kinda like the Italian films of the 70's etc which were made with a multi-lingual cast, so any language you watch, someone in the cast is dubbed in. Also the film being such a visual spectacle, people might prefer not to have their attention drawn to the text...or have family members that do not follow English. Whatever the reason, it's not a one size fits all solution.

FWIW, I saw the film theatrically in Telugu once and Tamil once, and both seemed okay, though I preferred the Telugu version. Hindi would have EVERYONE dubbed in, which would drive me batty, like the crazy ROBOT dub.

The movie was shot in Telugu/Tamil but so far it's only available as dubbed versions with Hindi and Malayalam tracks? Interesting >.<

So I have to get the German version which will include Telugu track. But the long version is only available as mediabook and I don't like them. They take to much space that's why I originally wanted to get the Indian version.

Simple: take video from first Hindi and audio from the German Telugu blu-ray. Then take Malayalam blu-ray and audio from tentkotta. Bam now that blu-ray only takes up space on a hard drive.
