I feel the same. I have the German steelbook and like it so I am sticking with that one...this one just doesn't do it for me.

I assume being Universal the disc is region free but has anyone opened and confirmed?

I don't own exactly this release, but my Italian steelbook (which looks exactly the same) is region free. Well at least A+B. I can't check region C.
