Nice to see Mockingjay Part 2 finally hit a lower price. Brings the total for all four films (when purchased individually) to 73.84 on Amazon.com

I'm only 40 minutes into this movie (out of 145), and this one does look fantastic at times. The Arial shots are beautiful and clean and super sharp. I do think this 1 beats MJ1 in PQ because it's more outside in daylight which makes the PQ shine a little more. The contrast is very strong making everything pop with dimension during most scenes, im expecting the PQ to get better as the movie progresses but I'll have to finish in a few hours.

Have you seen the other Hunger Games films on UHD yet? I only ask because of Lionsgate spotty track record with UHD catalog titles

Second release from Best Buy where I got a new release one day before the actual release date; before that I never got anything new in advance. This is some streak lol lets hope it continues....

All hunger games 4k movies 15% with cartwheel plus 5% with redcard. I bought the first three titles today and i confirmed the price. Its about $14.44 after tax per movie (the fourth movie is higher of course). But this is still pretty good and it runs until November 21st so act on it soon!

This 1 is worth it. The outdoor scenes are definitely in the same relm as Sicario. Crystal clear and sharp

Perhaps the better comparison is Divergent Allegiant except with much better cgi and green screen scenes. Allegiant had a 4k di also.

Agree 100% with this review.

Awesome sharpness, great HDR, and an awesome dolby atmos soundtrack. Many reference worthy scenes here. Tonight I showed my friend the scene with the black oil and he was blown away by both PQ and AQ The sound of the machine guns was incredible.

This is the only Hunger Games movie I ordered in 4K because I wisely chose to hold off purchasing the blu-ray. The other three movies I already own and may upgrade in the future but I'm looking forward to this one as being the most recent and best looking of the series.
