You can't beat the Onkyo TX-SR605 for the price. I was one of the lucky few to grab an NR905 when it first came out and have been so happy with it that I decided to pick up an SR605 to use in the bedroom setup. The SR605 has all the essential "future proof" features of the much more expensive NR905 minus some extra bells-and-whistles that many people don't really need. I originally purchased the NR905 for $1500 through special pre-order pricing and thought that was a hell of a deal, but the deal amazon currently has for an SR605 is insane. As of 5 minutes ago, it was $379. Can't be that for a 7.1 HDMI 1.3 with TrueHD/DTS-HD master decoding in a receiver. It only has 2 HDMI inputs and doesn't have the 905's HQV ReonVX chip but not everyone needs that.
