I'll still get both! But they do deserve the "prestige" of being separate releases.
Combo sets are cheaper.

YAY!

I liked the cartoon.
But it's been released and the extras and deleted scenes have not

Oh hell yes.

I've been putting off buying the first film until they're both available, so this will take care of that.

Never been a big fan of the first film, but I've always loved the second. It was on ABC Family a month or two ago and it was the first time I watched it since the 90's.. I'll definitely be picking up this release at some point.

Oh ok, the cartoon thing. Well it's only been released on DVD, it would be awesome if it got an HD transfer for Blu-ray.

Though I'm pretty sure the 3rd disc is a bonus disc. Otherwise wouldn't it be stated on that website?

The bonus may be that it has the cartoon like back to the future

I'm a little upset that the BTTF cartoon is only on DVD
You'd think for such an historic event, they'd put it on Blu-ray Disc.

Awesome, will definitely get this as I don't have the existing releases, and it seems like they're prime material for bonus features.

The quality wouldn't have changed at all if it was on Blu-ray. It would look the same and sound the same.

Didn't much care for Bogus. Original better have some Bodacious extras or I will pass as the current one is good for me.

The cartoons dvd was a 2-disc best of set that was only missing 5 episodes. Kind of a waste should've tossed in an extra disc and made it complete. Also there was a live action show that was 7 episodes plus a pilot.
