It would happen more often in DVD days and up til last year with Blu-ray. The 7.88 bin at Wally World, 5.99 @ Best Buy, and end cap specials fill my collection. But with the recent decline in movie sections, its a bit harder to do so. I'm ever grateful for the banner here with deals, really helps with Kino titles.
On a positive note, my ever growing hate of Best Buy and their lackluster stores and staffing, being stuck in a store while people scramble to find stock, I have recently come across several Shout/Scream Factory titles unexpectedly for 10 & 13$. That helps my collection and wallet not paying 20$ for them.
[Show spoiler]My local Best Buy has fouled up nearly every single order I have made lately for pick up in store, stock can never be found, game preorders have been put out on the floor leaving me without said item, Geek Squad lost a laptop, completely lost it... And the attitude.... god forbid you ask a question, and finally, where is the stock? who knows, obviously nobody cares, BIG titles like Thor, on Tuesday, nowhere to be found, lesser titles are never found until sales are off, WEEKLY

This happens every time for me during the Criterion sale at B&N...my wallet beats me up when we get home.

Happens when I am looking up movies on Amazon. I'll be reading up on one and find more that are similar that I didn't even know about~and often end up ordering the newly found titles
