Was IT formally announced, or did info leak?
It could be IT, which would piss quite a few people off and be the anti-climatic announcement ever!

How about Storm of the Century or The Shining TV remake? I think both of these are Warners

I know - I have it. But you never know with companies that keep re-releasing stuff. Hell, just searching online I already see THE SHINING is getting a re-release -- with a t-shirt -- from WB.

Unlike catalog titles from many of the indy labels, these Warner titles will most likely be barebones. Kinda takes away from the excitement a bit.

Cat's Eye & Silver Bullet would be my top choices, with Salem's Lot next up.

Except for the part where the press release says first time on Blu-ray.

Seeing as King sued New Line and had his name removed from The Lawnmower Man and says he'll sue again if they try to add his name back on it I doubt Lawnmower Man is apart of this set lol

So is the IT t-shirt package a no-go and we're just getting a stand alone I hope?

No idea on who has the rights right now, but my Storm of the Century dvd is from Trimark. Thought they were part Columbia/Tristar, which is part of Sony. I see it was re-issued by Echo Bridge, so who knows who has it now. Doesn't look like WB was ever involved in Storm though.
Shining is all WB for movie and TV version releases.
I love Storm of the Century and tend to watch it ever winter or 2 as snow falls around me. Would most likely upgrade that, if there's upgrades to be had. The dvd isn't great, but works for now. Not sure if the janky picture quality harms of helps the mood it sets. Would certainly like to compare it if nothing else.

a little let down since IT was already something everyone knew about (glad it's getting a "regular" release however)

Cat's Eye is "Stephen King light" and hardly an exciting title....

Salem's Lot, rumored to be released for at least a year, is the big announcement for me as it's my favorite TV movie of all time

Trimark was absorbed by Lionsgate. I have no idea what the specific situation is re: Storm though, such as how it ended up in the hands of Echo Bridge.

I hope Dolores Claiborne gets a blu-ray soon... Not a box-office hit but a fine film nonetheless.

An excellent film -- one of my favorite King books and adaptations. I'm hoping this one gets a release at some point soon.
