There are whole sequences lifted right out of Toy Story. Not just a vague similarity in character arcs.

There are some similarities, but nothing I felt which crossed copyright bounds. Disturbia and Rear Window had closer similarities for instance IMO, but the Rear Window rights holders lost why they sued claiming Disturbia violated their copyright.

i dont like despicable me either and i loved this in the cinema. really good movie. reference picture quality as well it seems
