I'd buy it day 1, never seen it but looks like something I might enjoy. I wonder who's gonna put the BD out?

Aha! I knew I wasn't imagining this. Is this coming out through Vestron?

Never seen it but have always been confused by it... is it a Die Hard ripoff? Slasher movie? Both?

After "Psycho Cop Returns" maybe Vinegar Syndrome would be interested in this too?

No word on Sorority House Massacre II? I like it more than HARD TO DIE.

Scorpion, code red, synapse and all are fine but I really hate having to be on the constant search for stuff from them. And it's harder to figure when they are releasing what and so on. I don't mind research but not when it comes to a movie I want to buy.

It is basically a re-do/sequel to Sorority House Massacre 2 with the same killer, but it takes place in a high-rise building, so I guess the marketing team decided they could cash in on the very popular DIE HARD films by changing the title to make it sound like those films solely because it's set in a high-rise. But it's a slasher film.

I prefer it to Sorority House Massacre 2, but hope they all get a Blu release eventually. I sold off my Hard to Die DVD a year or so ago for maybe $80 when I heard the news of a Blu, but now still awaiting updates on the Blu all this time later.

I’m sure you guys already own sorority house massacre but Germany is putting out 2 editions (a standard and mediabook) on 2/23. Already put my preorder in for the mediabook. Since it’s listed on here as uncut im hoping it’ll be the one talked about on movie comparison that’s 15 MINUTES LONGER. If not I’ll still be happy bc the artwork is cool and I love mediabooks. Wonder what the transfer will look like? I know it’s not the same one scorpion used...

According to their press release the extra scenes will only be in the extras department.

Amazon has most of my stuff (or did, on ones that went OOP) you are confusing me with Code Red, like many still do

Ronin is what I use, or diabolikdvd, and your stuff is always available.

So Walt, are you the one releasing Hard To Die?

Any movement on this? I follow Jim on Facebook, but he hasn't talked much about this title in a while. Still hoping this one comes to Blu soon. It's cool that Return of Swamp Thing is coming, but Hard to Die is one of my favorite Wynorski titles.

If Scream Factory has acquired this, I hope they make it a priority release.

I probably am. I know when the church was supposed to come out I had people on here say it was code red and others scorpion and I was getting mixed up.

I'm still fairly new to buying oddball blu Ray's and with so many companies I get them confused sometimes. And so few of them update their websites and without the deep knowledge a lot of people here have of who is doing what when and so on I get lost sometimes. Pisses me off I find out some little movie I wanted came and went and I have miss out or pay Ebay prices on stuff because I found out too late about it.

Anyway really hoping for shm 2 and hard to die on blu ray.

This thread should've never been created. This was never "coming to Blu-ray" - at least not until Shout acquired the Corman library. Even then, it's still up in the air.
