No you won't have to listen to him cus there's an audio option to choose radio broadcast commentary from either the Cubs or Indians instead of the Fox broadcast

It was pretty good but yeah I agree I'm still looking forward to the full series set as well. December 13th can't get here soon enough. The special that followed from a cubs fan perspective was also pretty good too bad they probably won't release that on blu-ray.

BTW the Highlights film is now down to $24.99 but if you can wait about a year at most and if it doesn't go OOP then it will probably go down even more. This will be available for itunes and vudu as well for $12.99. Im pretty sure that the digital copy that is supposed to come with the blu-ray won't be transferable to itunes or vudu since this is done by Shout Factory.

I got my pre order on the collectors edition yesterday and I posted my review up. Here are a couple key things I noticed so far. It was filmed in 1080i not 1080p , second is all 4 audio options are 2.0 which was a bit of a let down. I also noticed that it said on the site that it is 17 hours but on the back of the case it says 20 hours. I did enjoy all 4 audio options because they all have excellent insight and reactions in their own way and the Spanish audio was a nice add on. I never listened to a game in Spanish but the announcers were very smart, funny, and energetic. For the $79.99 that they are asking for they should've added more video ( like pre game, 7th inning stretch, and post game ) if you have it on DVR you might have to hang on to your recording's because there is much more footage on your recordings then you will have on your blu-ray.

Nice that you received your preorder yesterday. Where did you order from? And when did you preorder it? I preordered my copy from Best Buy on November 27th for $59.99 but now it's currently $49.99. My copy hasn't shipped yet. Best Buy doesn't let you order it anymore as it just says coming soon so not sure what that is about. I was hoping I'd recieve my copy before release day and now Im not sure if I will even receive it on release day .

I am looking forward to watching the games with the alternate audio options as I can't stand Joe Buck and curious to hear the Spanish audio. Its too bad its not in 1080p. I was also still planning to keep my dvr recordings as I kind of figured it would not include post game stuff but Im still looking forward to owning this. Come on Best Buy ship it out already.

I assume you are talking about the Collectors Edition? If so, they have been pulled or are OOS on most websites. I just picked mine up from my local Best Buy for $49.99. They had 5 in stock and the other stores in the area had a bunch too.
