The question is: How do you make fun of a movie such as "300"? There's nothing funny about that movie except all the sarcasm during the battle scenes.

cant beat Airplane!, that was classic, i believe it was leslie neilsons first comedy film, which led to him doing police squad?

I am somewhat skeptical about wasting my money on this film given most much "humor" has been lost since the first of "spoofs" came out, however, the scene where it imitated Britney Spears just had me LMAO!!!

Isn't the Britney character in that preview played by Nicole Parker from MadTV? She plays Britney on that show as well.
If I recall, Scary Movie 4 had Debra Wilson from MadTV playing Oprah, which she also played on the show.
Just thought that was interesting.
I'll probably watch this, since I've enjoyed several comedies in the past few years that a lot of people have hated, and it sounds like a lot of people are hating this one already

yea, that's brutal. i figured rambo would take it for sure. anyone see this meet the spartans yet? i liked the first two scray movies, but after that this genre went down hill in a hurry. the sad thing is if this one opens number one and stinks, they will still keep making more.

ah how i miss the days of airplane, history of the world part 1 (to young to have seen those when they were released) robinhood men in tights. now there's all this drivle. i'm writing one right now. its called "Spoof Movie" i expect to make millions off of it.

They are cheap to make and they do fairly well.
