I just checked and it's currently not available via VOD on amazon or vudu...but I thought it was during the opening release?

I just corresponded via email with Oscilloscope and with a simple comment specifying bluray only in your Circle of Trust Order will be suffice.

So I guess I'm getting Love Witch and the next nine on bluray for a cool $100.

It played in D.C. but I think that was the closest it came to me. I've really wanted to watch this since I saw the trailer but I haven't been able to. Not sure why they are waiting until March to release it.

sadly, it did get a decent release because it doesn't have superheroes in it.

I can't believe we're at the point where it's like "this is a movie for adults. screw you if you want to see it. because marketing has no idea how to sell this.

I tweeted the UK distributor, Icon, about if the film was getting a blu-ray release or if it would only be in HD on VOD. They said that details about the release would be coming very soon.

Really want this on blu as it's one of my favourite films of last year and it's achingly beautiful. Anna Biller's own website does cheaper shipping, so maybe it'll be cheaper to get it direct from the auteur!

Wow! Watching the trailer, I really thought this came out in the '60's! Then something made me think the clarity was too good for it to have come out back then, so I assumed it was an '80's film portraying the '60's. Wrong again. It's brand new!
It really looks and feels and has the acting of a '60's piece. Kudos.

I agree, it really captures the films of that era really well just based on the trailer alone. I bet I could fool all my friends by asking them if they'd want to watch a "vintage" movie and they wouldn't know it was a new film.

It's also that wooden acting that captures the style of that time.

That's a good deal, but I wonder how long it will take them to release 9 more titles on blu-ray. At least a couple of years, I would imagine.

Based on past history, you may be right. But they do have four releases slated for the next three months, so it may be sooner.

Wow, they NAILED the 60's/70's sexploitation angle! Honestly, if you hadn't told me this was a new movie, I would've just assumed it had come out decades ago!

Will definitely do a blind buy on this.

I saw this in the theater, and enjoyed it. It's not a fantastic movie by any means, but I liked it. Very campy, tongue-in-cheek humor, and they recreated the 60's pretty darn well (although sometimes you'll see something modern in the background, like a modern day car).
