That was true in case of BB: The Beginning. But from whatever songs/scenes I've seen on Youtube and TV, it looks like the Telugu version is the master and all the others - incl Tamil - are dubs. In that case, the probability of the Tamil audio being present in the BD can't be ruled out... but then again, the distributors were different for all the four languages, so can't be very sure either. Dangal didn't have this issue as Disney was the sole distributor for all dubbed versions too.

I'm hoping against hope this means there's a Telugu Blu-ray with English subtitles on the way - in a perfect world, a set that'll contain both BB1 and BB2 - and that's why BB2-Telugu is being held back from iTunes. This is nothing but wishful thinking on my part but it at least seems possible.
