It's still called Super 35 even with digital cameras. Though more films are being lensed anamorphic (Zeiss has developed Master Scope in recent years for the increase in anamorphic productions while J-D-C Scope and Technovision have made comebacks), some films (such as Skyfall) are still using Super 35 lenses despite being digital.
