There is no way Spacey's off screen actions should stop people buying and enjoying the film. Nor will it ruin my own enjoyment when I next rewatch L.A Confidential, American Beauty or Seven. He's probably finished, but the good films he starred in should not be discarded. Superman Returns can be forever boycotted though!

I just watched this for the first time last week and thoroughly enjoyed it. It may be derivative and cliched but it was executed with a lot of energy and enthusiasm and I just found it an enjoyable film to watch.

I had been hoping to discuss it on the US thread, but that's been locked for ages because of the Spacey talk. What's going on in his personal life is unfortunate, but when he was on the screen I was reminded why he's a star to begin with - the man knows how to act.

Default Baby Driver

Hi folks

I've bought a new sub, and watched Baby Driver for the first time. In the intro scene (bank robbery) the music seems to be heavily weighted towards the rear channels. Is that normal? Is it supposed to represent the main character's use of headphones perhaps? Also when the shots are fired inside bank, they are VERY deep, rattling the sofa I'm sat on, but don't have much kick. Is that how they're supposed to sound?

I'm basically wondering if I have messed up the sub set up, but am using a disc I'm unfamiliar with.

Thanks
