Yep...in the original run of B:TAS episodes, pretty much every female character was a curvy knockout, but in the "New Adventures" episodes, they all looked like Jennifer Connelly post-Requiem For A Dream. I mean, I kind of liked the sleeker aesthetic of those episodes (and the animation quality wasn't nearly as inconsistent as the TAS episodes...when those eps were handled by the Japanese studios, they looked AMAZING, but when they were handed to the cheaper Korean studios, they could look pretty bad, whereas the New Adventures eps always looked fairly smooth), but the women definitely looked a lot less sexy.

Definitely in the top 5 episodes of the entire series. I can’t wait to purchase this release and proudly display on my shelf!

As unlikely as it is, I'd love for WB to release the whole series on Blu-Ray. I never did finish buying the DVDs.

I've always liked The Clock King episodes. Not my favorites but they're fun.

Lots of great episodes. My favorites are "Baby Doll," "Almost Got 'Em," "Make 'Em Laugh," and pretty much all the Harley Quinn-centric episodes.

I’ve been re-watching this over the past couple months. I know I watched it when it was airing when I was a little kid, but I really don’t remember much of it, so it’s like watching the show for the first time.

It’s amazing how good it is, especially for a “kids show”... it’s genuinely good and can easily be enjoyed by everyone.

My favorite episodes so far have been the Two-Face two-parter, the Mr. Freeze debut episode, and (as many others have said) “Almost Got ‘im”.

I’m looking forward to getting the Blu-ray. Part of me wants to stop watching so I can save the remaining episodes for Blu-ray lol.

I just hope its not a limited release like the DVDs were; that was truly disappointing.

How come they changed the art style towards the end?

I just started volume 4 this morning and I was surprised to see how different it was. Ivy, especially, looked completely different.

At least now I know where the character designs used in Batman and Harley Quinn came from lol.

The change in style was largely two-fold. First, WB's budget for The New Batman Adventures was different compared to Fox's efforts during the original run. Secondly, WB was also airing Superman: The Animated Series at the time, and its success was partly attributed to its art style...which WB decided to use for the new run of Batman episodes. Bruce Timm and Paul Dini had patterned the first three seasons after Fleischer Studios' Superman cartoons from the early 1940s, so there was a precedent for continuing that tradition 50 years later.
