Not a big deal to me, but I believe the rule is you can't make a thread without a pre-order link. Even though people do it all the time.

How is it unbelievable? Is he obligated to have a picture with you? No. Actors are people too, not just faces on TV. They have their own lives and priorities. He might have been in a rush to get somewhere. He might not have been in a good mood and just wanted to get back home/to his hotel room. Or whatever other reason. He and other actors are not obligated to have photos with fans.
