Found another Ferdinand in 3D......well sort of lol.
For awhile there I thought this would be the only version we'd ever see in 3D.

Ordered, thanks! I truly thought this movie would be lost to 3D heaven and was bummed I didn’t get to see it in theaters.

All of us 3D fans should say “A pox on all of you!” and move to Europe in protest! That would teach those goshdarn non-3D Blu-Ray producing nincompoops a lesson!

My apologies for the offensive language!

Trying to hold out for either a UK release or Asian but thanks for the links. I will be following this thread closely for other announcements.

Problem is, Disney, Sony and Fox still get the money when you buy in Europe.

I don’t think it was ever released. Not a single member here owns a copy and it is not available anywhere. No trace of it. I would order in a heart beat...

Reminder: Here's Trolls 3D on Amazon Mexico:

https://www.amazon.com.mx/Trolls-Blu...ords=Trolls+3D

Also: Fox tends to be Region-locked.

What are the chances that this will be region free? I've never imported a Fox title before, so forgive my ignorance.

With Fox releases it's like flipping a coin. You can never tell with them. I see a lot of region B locked titles and a lot that are region free or at least AB friendly. I think it also depends on the country as well. Like with X-Men Apocalypse 3D there's some countries locked to region B and others that were region free.....I think.

Anyone know if this has or will open in Asia? I would really like a Hong Kong release considering the studio.

Dang, that’s true! When I become a multi-billionaire I’m going to buy one of these companies and release movies exclusively on 3D Blu-ray. The packaging will will contain the following warning:

“If stereo vision is bothersome, causing permanent blindness to one of your two eyes is a permanent solution but please seek the guidance of a physician. If it is only this film one wishes to view in mono-vision you may wear an eye patch or simply close one eye. This will prevent glorious, multi-dimensional, stereoscopic 3D Vision.”

What happens to modern films like Trolls that has theatrical 3D releases that never made it to home video. The studios sped significant $ and effort for these conversions so you would think they would be archived somehow or somewhere in some format. Who would have access to them and could they show up on the black or secondary market somehow?

Older films like Friday the 13th arevpreserved on film but these modern movies are all stored digitally obmy understanding.

As for that Amazon Germany product, I'm getting this error:

"No sellers are currently delivering this item to the United States."

Only one seller, Susatek, is offering it so I guess there was another per the posts above?

Angry More info of Fedinand 3D

I just want to let you know the Czech Blu - ray distributor film arena ,who has for a while been advertising Ferdinand being released in 3d and 2D version in pre order ,that their version is going to be flat only .That was a mistake they made about having the 3d version in 84 days. What a shame it was meant for 3d viewing it was made in 3D.This is how fox has been selfish about putting it out for 3D fans.

There's a Ferdinand 3D thread, but Amazon Germany has it up for preorder.
