No commentary or deleted scenes or interviews? Hope that making-of featurette is lengthy at least!

Thinking of importing this and Shape of Water, rather than wait an extra 4 months for the UK release. Does anyone know if the discs are likely to play in a UK player, or will they be region locked?
(Apologies if this seems a silly question, but I've not imported from the US before)

Yeah, but this may have been Weinstein related. Had that whole thing not come out, this probably would've been his best bet for Oscar noms this year (based on the early reviews for THE CURRENT WAR).

After watching it on Vudu last night I fully expect Three Billboards to take home the Oscar for Best Picture! Can’t wait for the blu ray, day 1 for sure.

This blows my mind honestly, don’t know what you were expecting from this one. Mind if I ask what movies impressed you this past year?

I’m starting to be pretty confident that this will win Best Picture, though Del Toro will probably take Best Director. Frances McDormand is also a guaranteed win for Best Actress, and Sam Rockwell for Supporting Actor, unless something really unexpected happens.

I can't say it was the BIGGEST let down, but the crop of Best Picture nominees have all been pretty meh this year. Granted, your more film snob type stuff that always get the Oscar noms almost always are meh to me. I like to be entertained.

3 Billboards was okay, but it lacked an actual ending after building up to what I thought would be a decent resolution. Frances was good but every one else was either wasted or just unlikable, ie Rockwell. I'm still unsure what the point of Harrelson was when
[Show spoiler]he dies halfway through the movie.

It was an okay one time watch, but BEST? Hardly. GET OUT was really overrated, LADY BIRD was awful, DUNKIRK was stupid....THE POST was good but I'd never watch it again.

Point is, I get where this user is coming from.

I still have 4 Oscar noms to see, but I'm not paying to see any more of them. I'll wait and get them free at the library next month.

I'm thinking I might just go digital on this. It's only $15 and comes with all the special features, and I can watch it right now.

Surprised there is no site review for either the BD or 4K.

The 4K slip appears to be non-glossy. Really loving the color scheme mixed in with the black 4K banner on top. Fox normally does glossy standard slips, and that was the one I was leaning towards. Might have to be a game time decision tomorrow morning.
