Crocodile Dundee 1 and 2 are great films, but that 'promo' was about as funny as a burning orphanage, and like something from a comedy sketch show rather than a real teaser for a theatrical film. Pretty damn low expectations for this one...

My guess is that someone thought it would be funny to sort of inverse the roles of the original film, and have Dundee's American "son" come to Australia. That's supposedly what the web site says, at this point. I enjoyed the first half of Vice Principals, but normally, I find Danny McBride annoying, and brief as it is, the trailer really isn't doing much to make me feel otherwise. Unless it's rated R and has some very attractive Australian women in it, there would be no reason for me to see it. |

well there's your Hemsworth. He would have been far more believable as Dundee's son, though I imagine he is nothing more than a cameo in this.
This can't be real. It's absolutely some kind of viral marketing building to something else. The companies listed on it - Screen Australia and Rimfire Films, have no evidence of this film existing, and all the stills on the site are all from the same scenes in the trailers.
