Unless I am reading the OT post incorrectly, this looks to be another one of the timed releases similar to Wind River or Atomic Blonde where if you place an order during the window, you'll be guaranteed a copy so no real need to go through a GB.

These are probably not numbered or numbered differently, right? It's not going to have the Kimchidvd numbered card.

That's correct. No numbering card and no sticker on the front saying Kimchidvd exclusive. It will be like what's bought in store there. Everything else should be the same.

In the wee hours of the morning (NA time) the full line of HSR came back up.
Most gone now but the 1/4 slip is still avail.
I grabbed a special box but when tried to log into here and spread word, something went weird and couldn't do so.

Hey all, fyi I checked the status on my Hacksaw Ridge Full Slip and A Ghost Story Lenticular order and it shows that they have shipped. If anyone is wondering when their's will ship, might start checking your account since Kimchi doesn't send out email notifications.

My special edition showed up Friday, I wasn't expecting it since they didn't tell me. I never saw your post. It seems to have been forwarded by someone in the US, that would explain why we don't get tracking anymore.

Actually we do still get tracking. It's just more complicated than a single tracking number now though. It has a Korean tracking number and then changes to a domestic number once it arrives here and is processed. My Hacksaw order had a UPS number for it and a USPS number for when they get it delivered to them from UPS so USPS can deliver it to me.

Overly convoluted but that's the way they've been doing it for awhile ever since that big Her fiasco.

You can still get the tracking number if you check your order history on their site. They've been using a forwarding service in New Jersey for a few years now (at least for me).

I didn't realize it had been that long since I bought something directly from them, I just use Ebay nowadays.

Got my Lenticular version today...very pleased...some are complaining about the lenti...mine looks great, good depth and clear. Steelbook looks great also...well done Kimchi!

I came here to write something similar. I’ve seen this name around and have avoided them bc the name is ridiculous. It’s as if Americans had a label called HotdogDVD or PizzaUHD or a German label called KrautBlu. Just sounds laughable. Are they considered a quality company who puts out good discs?
