I think he's asking if it's going to have the Extras DVD in it as well, and it probably won't. It'll be the same Blu-Ray disc as the LE, but all the extras outside of the commentary are on a specific, separate DVD and I don't think Koch will include that in the standard release. It'll probably just be the Blu-Ray disc from the LE by itself.

It might be the feature BR + the bonus DVD, dropping the feature DVD.

I have the disc in the read case and it is indeed just the first disc from the LE. Shame in one way as i would have liked the dvd for the extras. The Newman/Jones commentary is good though.

It's mainly about 11/22/63 (was probably filmed when it was released), and nothing at all is said about The Dead Zone.
