Shaun of the Dead
Hot Fuzz

These are the only 2 Universal releases that I really really want in high definition, but I would gladly pick up the following as well:

King Kong
Bourne Trilogy
The Thing
They Live
Love Actually

I forgot a few:

Phantasm II and III
Serenity
Meet Joe Black
The Hunted (1995)
White Noise
Hard Target
The Last Starfighter (Universal will have to immensely improve upon the HD DVD version though.)
Timecop

King Kong with seamless branching so people can choose the regular version or the extended version. I have it on HD DVD and would check out the new scenes on a BD, but partially want it put out there to counteract the XBOX360 add-on (which includes King Kong in the box) and because I think this title would be one of the best looking (at least parts of it) on any format. The ending sequence is eye candy that would be a nice addition for Blu-ray IMO.

I'd want some titles that I don't already have on High Def. Back To The Future trilogy, Jurassic Park Trilogy, The Paper, The Shadow, Love Actually, About A Boy, etc.

Nope, but I would guess it's only a matter of time.

I want :

Back to the Future Trilogy
The Thing
E.T
An American werewolf In London
Jurassic Park I, II amd III (for the missus)
King Kong
Jaws
Tremors
American Pie (The First Three)
Van helsing
Shaun Of The Dead
Hot Fuzz
The Mummy Trilogy

I am willing to part with my money for these, plus many other Uni titles, as long as they are Blu encodes, and not crappy HD-DVD ports.

Having many of those titles on HD DVD, the encodes are far from crappy. Hot Fuzz still is one of the best discs I've seen yet. Definitely up there with the best of Blu-ray.

Just as long as it is good, I will be happy, but I have heard many Uni titles are not, including Army of Darkness.

Ditto, and yes, there are some Universal titles that are not all that hot, but many that are pretty great. All of the Universal titles I own have been fantastic in picture quality and I don't think anyone would be disappointed with them. I have tried to steer clear of the bad ones though. lol.

Agreed, I have heard there are also many good ones, in all fairness, example, The Thing, I believe is amazing quality. But if or when Universal come aboard Blu-ray, any future releases, say BTTF or Jaws etc, I hope they will be amazing PQ and SQ. these are some of my fave movies, and just don't want to be let down by poor encodes. Army Of Darkness is one of my fave's, but I believe is very poor on HD-DVD. now i know the material source is not great to begin with, but neither was Evil Dead 2, and that was a pretty good job done by Starz.

Right now?

Battlestar Galactica, Season 3.

It is my only Universal DVD purchase on the schedule, and I'd dearly love to not be forced to own it on DVD at all.

Not that Universal proved competent in releasing the first season in HD. Imagine what a mess it would be on BD, then.

Oh, I definitely agree. BTTF, Jaws, Jurassic Park, etc...better be top notch as they are some of my faves as well. I'd love Jaws on Blu-ray, I'd probably pay full price for that one.
