Collector’s booklet, not a photo book. My bad.
![]() Different artwork as well, like Rogue Nation. ![]() |

Picked up the Sainsbury's version.
The exclusive booklet in the case is a small 12 page look at some of the stunts from the film, with pictures and quotes from various people about each stunt. A nice bonus but nothing significant really, so people won't be missing much if they don't get this version. Still bummed there was no 3D version anywhere. ![]() |

Is the Sainsburys booklet the only UK exclusive?

Note that each dub track is in Dolby Digital 5.1 at 640 kbps (the original English track is in Dolby Atmos @ 5666 kbps), so multiply that by at least 14 (the number of languages on various regional incarnations of the M:I - Fallout BDs that I've been able to find) and you get 9 Mbps worth of dubs (14 Mbps in all, including the original English track). The video encode itself in comparison is "only" 26 Mbps, so it really makes a difference! In case you're wondering, the languages that have received dubs for this film include:
Of course many countries either don't care for film dubbing (e.g. the Scandinavian nations) or have a market too small to justify a separate dub so that's why there's more subtitle languages than total available dubs to begin with. Last edited by svenge; 12-04-2018 at 10:53 AM. |

The extended edition of Avatar comes to mind. The first disc was coded A+B in both the US and UK, but the bonus discs were A-locked (US) and B+C locked (UK) respectively. It's a shame as I dislike digipaks like the one the US release got and would rather have had the UK's standard-case packaging instead.

I watched this earlier this evening and I haven't noticed any dropouts. However I don't know if it's a faulty disc, but the ratio's were switching from 2.35:1 to approx 1.85:1 at exactly the same points in the film.
From around 23.30 minutes into the film it changes from 2.35:1 to 1.85:1 just before Tom Cruise jumps out of the plane. When he lands (around 27.00 mins) it goes back to 2.35 again. Then near the end of the film when Cruise gets into the helicopter, it goes to 1.85 again and during the scenes in between with the other actors, it jumps back to 2.35 and carries on like that until the end of the film. I've replayed the scenes over and over and the ratios change at exactly the same point every time, so it's not a random thing. I'm thinking it's an issue with the disc, but I'd be interested to know if anybody else has had this problem? |
