Ordered the edition with the pops. I have a feeling that the standard edition will come with a big ol jumbo.

That might be preferable to cardboard slots which always run the risk of scratching the discs.

Standard edition is £57.99 on Amazon, and also apparently includes the two movies.

Ta, that's cheaper than the French set.

Guys, I legit just remembered that I own the Mini Funkos already.

The Batman collector in me needs that limited edition, so I'm trying really hard to justify paying an extra £22 for fancy packaging and art cards.

Blu-ray discs are scratch resistant though. As long as you're even moderately careful, I mean I've never had an issue with a Blu-ray disc... ever. Including in sets like the Hitchcock digipack, Bond 50, Zatoichi etc. where they're housed in sleeves and whatnot.

I know they are supposed to be scratch resistant but seen many complaints over the years especially on the US thread about scratched discs which resulted from the book style packaging (Alien, Indiana Jones and Star Wars spring to mind) so given the choice I will always go with a regular case.

They might be scratch resistant, but they ain’t scratch proof. I’ve receved plenty of new discs in box sets etc with big scratches down them.

I don't really want the pops, but I do want the book. Don't really have an issue with cardboard sleeves so it'll have to be the limited edition I guess.

I'll wait and see what the standard packaging is. As much as I'm not bothered with the pops - if it's a jumbo amaray then I'd rather have the cardboard sleeves!

I had the US set on order but I've cancelled and ordered the cheap UK set. Don't want the figures and dislike book packaging, even if it doesn't scratch the discs I'm always suspicious of what chemical reactions may (or may not) occur between blu ray hard coat and acidic card/paper. It would be an ideal time for Titan to republish Paul Dini's beautiful book, prices are silly on Amazon

They had an update on Facebook earlier saying they were very low on stock, so this doesn't surprise me.

why are there 2 British "standard" editions listed?

This is the only difference reported:
"1993-1998 | 6 Seasons"
"1992-1998 | 2 Seasons"

Should be 3 Seasons + 2 Movies for both

Anyone know why Mystery of the Batwoman isn't included?
I know it's crap, and I already have it, but don't see it fitting in any other set.

It wasn't a Dini/Timm movie.

I would have included it though, if only for completeness.
