I'm thinking if they're using Linda Hamilton and Arnold it will probably be called Terminator: Geriatric Day

Or maybe, Senior Terminator (pronounced Senor instead for a homonym).

UPDATE:

It looks like a mistake has been made and RealD France has removed their original tweet regarding a 3D release of Terminator (2019). This isn’t to say that the movie is not getting a 3D release but the specific details are not ready to be disclosed. We will keep you updated on more details as they come in. James Cameron Executive Producing the movie kind of seals the deal of 3D regardless.

I've liked all 'Terminator' movies so far. 1 and 2 are the best, no doubt, but rest are entertaining enough guilty pleasures, made better by 3D where applicable .

Yeah I'm with you, love me some Terminator. I've had fun with all of them, Genisys being my least favorite of the series but still a fun watch. I loved Sarah Connor Chronicles, makes me sad that show didn't have more seasons.

Probably going to do a full Terminator series rewatch before Dark Fate comes out, and nobody can stop me cause I can do what I want.

Hope 3D for Dark Fate does show up out of nowhere.

No sign of 3D, either way

Don`t know how strong Paramounts influence is in this?!?

But I already hate Paramount for their uncompromising "No 3D Blu-ray" politics, see Mission Impossible: Fallout & Bumblebee.

There are ways: See the Alita 4K+3D+2D Disc Combo Pack...

Exactly, no point in getting our hopes up for this one. With the 3D I mean.

My best guess: 3D in selected theatres (just like Mission impossible: fallout and Bumblebee), but no 3D at home

I actually hope it Will not be produced in 3D. So we Will not fear getting it on 3D Blu-Ray. Paramount hate their customers

They may go the Deadpool route--no 3D. Seems odd with James Cameron as producer though.

Since Cameron has described the film as gritty and R rated, plus Miller as a director, I could see it being 2D only (obviously just for theaters, I doubt there will be a 3D Blu either way). Though a lot of times the teaser trailer doesn’t mention formats, so by the next round of marketing we should know.

To be honest I prefer that way so we don’t get upset and pissed because you know it’s paramount and there’s no home 3D release.

No mention of 3D among the format mentions at the end of the new trailer

Same is true of Top Gun: Maverick

The Comic Con was this past weekend of July 20th, 2019. The panel for this film was there. No mention of 3D from what I saw. James Cameron being closely involved, that's disappointing if true.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terminator:_Dark_Fate
"Distributed by Paramount Pictures in North America and Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures under the 20th Century Fox label in other territories, the film is scheduled to be theatrically released in the United States on November 1, 2019 in 2D, 3D and IMAX."

I've seen that before on wikipedia, where they say 3D, but then it doesn't happen. Even so, interesting.

This movie isn't getting a 3D version I'm certain. I think the Wiki author just got ahead of themselves.

Given Cameron’s apparent disinterest in 3D in the new Terminator, will the Avatar Sequels be shot in 3D? Why not post-convert given it’s probably ~90% cgi anyway?
