I ordered it today on spec they will.

Also, if HMV keep the concept for their 3D Box Artwork, I hope to snag that as well.

I honestly don't think that's 3D box art. Seeing a bigger image of that HMV set, it looks like the "3D elements" are just a way of hiding what the items are at the moment as things are still TBC. Or they are spoilery.

This is not an exclusive artwork right?

I really wish Sony would release an unrated/uncut version of the film on Blu-Ray as compared to the PG-13 cut that's released in theater.

^^ Well, you certainly have my vote for the same but....I'm not sure if they even 'filmed' an R-rated version as the suits at SONY were so heavily involved in castrating this flik in order to appease the suits at Disney that they could meld well into their "Marvel Universe".
This is where we are at today folks, Director's are stage boys told what to do by the Production Suits.
Time will tell I suppose...
