Has anyone ever ordered figures from Amazon JP?

I know their shipping for DVDs/BDs can be hit-or-miss but I'm wondering if they take more care with figures, especially in regards to the packaging?

I ordered my standard edition BD box of Kara no Kyoukai from them a few years ago, and while the BDs arrived safely, the shipping box was crushed and ripped open on one corner because they sent it without much protective materials inside the box.

^^ I have not, as being a TOM member, I make use of the discount bonus I can accumulate with them I can use toward new purchase.

I've had nothing but good luck with Amz.jp for Blus (incl spec eds), manga and magazines though, as every order came planked.

I would imagine the same care provided to more fragile items.

Now, NA amazon sites have their share of 3rd party knock-offs. I do not know if amazon.jp has that issue. I actually would think not, as Japan is so protective of this market but I cannot say for sure.
