I've always liked Statham in the various films he's had a supporting role. I had never seen one of his headliners, but after seeing The Meg I'm definitely interested in seeing more of his movies. It's been a while since I've seen one guy carry such a heavy load and manage to pull it off like he did in The Meg. The guy is legit.

I have not seen 'The Meg' but liked him in some of his earlier movies (Transporter 1 & 2, Crank).
Unfortunately (in my opinion) his last decent effort was 12 yrs ago- 'The Bank Job'.
