Sazae-san (Started in 1969) was still on cels up until 2013, and in 2007 was the very last TV anime still on cels.

If it seems there's an italian bias, it's just because Dynit is spearheading with a lot of classic releases. Of course, the masters and HD materials come from Japan but as you know save for Ghibli and little else it's extremely rare to have subtitles of any kind in a Japanese release. Here's why we're gathering the best option available to non-Japanese fluent people. I've marked in green the italian releases (which almost never have Eng subs) and in red the few ones I felt to add from the huge Japanese catalog (HD masters, but without subs).

Also, the bluray.com database lists Sentai's Dunbine as region B friendly, is this true?

Yes. Most Sentai releases work on region B players if the player country is set to United States.

Sentai Filmworks' Geolock Method

Since around late 2014 onwards, Sentai Filmworks introduced a new method to 'avoid reverse importation from Japan' and that is the geolock. A geolock is essentially the disc using a country code rather than a region, so instead of saying it's region locked it is actually geolocked because your player is not set to the United States. This is a weird one to test as some discs are in fact region free but it depends on the authoring.

If you are concerned that you may not be able to play them, basically if you have a PlayStation or Xbox games console you are already set to play them because those are automatically set to the United States country code for some bizarre reason. The standard Blu-ray players do vary on manufacturer however.

Also worth pointing out that some of the earlier geolocked titles (released between December 2014 to March 2015) will only work on PlayStation and a small number of standard Blu-ray players (like Samsung). We have tested them on Xbox One, Seiki U-Vision Region Free Blu-ray players, Panasonic and Toshiba Blu-ray players and they all weren't compatible.

Hope you do realize that the Dynit thread you started also mostly contains non-English friendly releases. Just saying

There are entirely different reasons for starting that thread, obviously.
