I didn't want to wait for Universal to repackage their FYE steelbook as a 4k release, so I went ahead and snagged that steelbook, and moved my 4K disc into it. Problem solved.

I love me my Walmart exclusive slipcover of Gamora, buuuuut that front cover of the steelbook looks like the definitive version that I wanted all along and Best Buy originally failed to deliver. Interior artwork is pretty cool as well.

Will definitely splurge for this edition since I was gonna purchase the 4K anyway.

Yup that's what I did as well, with my Apes Trilogy steels too and going to do with the Pixar 4K discs since I don't like the art on the new ones and own a lot of the older superior steel/metal/irons

If they release all these marvel 4k and the disney pixar 4k in the span of a couple months it's gonna be brutal. glad im not into horror films because i can't imagine trying to the disney releases ontop of all the horror releases coming.

after these 3 i will have all the MCU movies in steelbook except The Incredible Hulk. i like a couple others have this as my favortie MCU film.

im safe from both of those for the most part. im not a big horror fan or these animated family films. its rare for me to have any. though i have liked some here & there. i havent got any of the animated films from this year or upcoming that we know of.

Unless they do a Spider-Man Homecoming one that matches the others. Personally, i think all the ones that already had a 4K version [Ragnarok, Black Panther, Ant-Man & Wasp, etc.] will eventually get a new steel to match possibly in a last wave. I only say this because it seems they are making all these steels match style-wise.

Change the category at the top of the page above the search to UV/MA, and then look and add the title to collection just like you would a blu-ray

It seems the only times TIH (and now Spider-Man?) is ever included with the other MCU releases is when it's done via all-inclusive boxsets of the Phases and whatnot - but never individually.

They made a SM Homecoming slip that matches the others for the regular blu as a Walmart exclusive. So it can be done. Will they bother is more the question.

spider man homecoming was the first 4k mcu steel i'm pretty sure.

only reason i doubt them doing it is because i feel like when they released the thor 1 & 2 4k steels with the iron man 1-3 would've been the perfect time to announce a matching thor 3.

not impossible but that's one of the reasons i think they might not. But who knows.

Guardians Vol 2 was the first in August 2017. Homecoming was October 2017.
