Anyone else's have a 1" crease/wrinkle on the bottom?
All the ones at my nearest store did. I also have one coming in the mail Friday. Hope they can let me exchange the "creased" one with the mail order one if the mail one's in better shape. |

I love the art of these and glad we have a good option if the BB steelbook is ugly, as many times is the case. |

The ones I saw didn't have the crease though (albeit other minor cosmetic issues here and there), but my partner had that crease on his Endgame exclusive. Sometimes I see it on the slipcovers for the regular releases too. It seems like one or more stores will have a recurring scratch on the foil slip like they'd all been exactly handled the same way (or maybe an assembly line issue). Other stores seem to be completely unfazed though. Just depends. |

I found some at Mansfield off 287 and some at GP off 360. The ones in GP all had the crease/wrinkle at the bottom. My mail order one had an indention on the opposite side of the spine. I was able to grab the best one Mansfield had. It just very slight wear in the bottom right corner. Not bad at all. I chose to go with this over the BB Steelbook because seem more rare/hard to find, love the art, and my daughter likes the books ha. |

Oof. Don't think I can justify another trip out that way on account of my obsessive compulsiveness. I don't think I'm going to enable myself this time. Hah! But thanks for the tip on which one to avoid. I just can't believe no Dallas-proper stores had any. I can still find Little Mermaid 4K exclusive at some stores. I know Target has been cutting the volume of home video departments at some locations; it's just odd to find NONE on release day. Maybe don't advertise it as in-store if it's only going to be for a select few? It could just be a shipment issue though, so maybe they'll come in this coming week. Mreh. Just ready for the hunt to be over. lol I just hope the same thing doesn't happen with 101/SB. |

I went to Target today to snag the new Goo Goo Dolls album and the Aladdin display in the front of the store had a ton of the remake exclusives. The whole display didn't even much look touched.

Can someone verify this is happening?
On the release day of the Aladdin exclusives (9/10), very few stores in my area had them. The closest store to me had 2 1992 Aladdin exclusives, and like 15 or 16 of the remake exclusive. When you went to the product page, it showed which stores had them in stock. And just a few days later, by the weekend I think, the product page says "Not sold in stores." WTH? It's like they were told not to sell them anymore or something. Of course, you can have them shipped, which I did, but I'm just curious as to why this happened. I've never seen this before. The conspiracy nut in me says, "maybe releasing a title called 'Aladdin' the day before 9/11 wasn't the smartest thing in the world, and the stores just didn't want them in store." I think that if true, it's a stupid reason, but hey I've seen dumber. |

When I pull up the app it says "Temporarily out of stock" for a lot of the stores that should have had them on release day but never did. Temporarily being operative word. So, maybe there was a shipping issue, production issue, a low-print run.
9/11 is unrelated to these inventory issues though. |
