I've had so many loose discs before that were just fine. You should have exchanged for one of the other rattlers. I highly doubt another one would be damaged. Blu-Rays are extremely durable.

Perhaps but knowing my luck,I would get another damaged disk.I didn't want to take a chance of having to run back yet again.

Headed to Target this morning to look for this Steelbook. According to the app, this is supposedly in-stock at my store.

I ordered a copy when Target had the buy2get1 sale . Yesterday morning I realized I ordered a Steelbook online from Target . So went into the store around 10 am to to get a copy if the one coming UPS was destroyed . Only to discover no one had even put the new releases out . I was surprised more since the Lion King came out no one had put it out . Talked to the most employee who I guess was pissed I asked and they agreed to go get it . Good thing because the one that was shipped was pretty bad off .

Saw 4 copies total in the box they brought out . I’m kind of wishing I’d never started buying the Steelbook’s of these . Getting to be a hassle .

If that employee coped an attitude with me, I would’ve went
straight to management. It’s not like you were asking a lot to do.

The Target I went to hadn't put theirs on the shelf, either. Stocking movies doesn't seem to be much of a priority anywhere anymore.

I believe the media section is stocked via third party vendors which is why the shelves sometimes aren't stocked for some releases on release day

No idea how many were on the shelf but there was enoguh to do instore pickup so there had to be at least like 4 or more to do that. In and out with it. Glad because I've gotten every one since The Dark Knight Returns, including the TMNT vs Batman import.

Bad discs should never prevent you from getting a good SteelBook.

Why didn't you just return the bad disc with the standard release and keep the SteelBook and good disc?

Discs will always be available.

Got mine on release day. I never know with steelbooks if they'll have enough or not so I went on my app and placed an order pickup. I receive a message saying the item is out of stock. I go over there anyway as I had plans to go to Best Buy and the two stores are in the same shopping center and they have the Steelbook in stock.

I have a few friends that work there and mention my issue, one of my friends informed me they are training seasonal people at the moment which is why this happened. I understand but at the same time it was annoying

Finally took a look at my copy today.

Is it just me, or does anyone else have a Blu-ray disc that looks like a piece of plexiglass? I swear, you can see right through it. It's like the top plastic disc, the throw-away disc, on a spindle of BD-R discs. I didn't think there was anything on the disc, but when I loaded it up in my player, it booted and played without fault.

I mean that's the way most, if not all, of the DC animated movie BDs look. Can't remember the studio but one of them puts a lot of movies out with similar style discs. Just what they look like without artwork covering them. Nothing unusual.

I own most of the complete DC Animated films library and have noticed the difference in quality of the discs as we go along, but this one seemed especially thin. Again, I thought it was just a piece of plastic with a picture on it?!

I looked at my DVD and it looks like how the DVDs always look. You must have gotten a defective DVD.
