Joe Lynch moderated the commentary so I'm pretty sure (hopeful) Shout Factory will be putting this out. He did the one on the THE BLOB as well.

Normally this kind of irks me when I buy a digital copy and then it's announced for blu shortly afterwards, but I'm still pretty ecstatic this is arriving on blu and with a commentary track. It'd also be great to hear from the guy who played Buddy and William Zabka.

Glad to see there's a lot of fans of this movie. I LOVE this movie. I always described it as Tootsie meets My Fair Lady. It starts off as your typical 80s teen comedy but becomes pretty deep by the end.

The scene with Joyce Hyser and her english teacher at the end of the film is really great.

Zabka one of the greatest 80s teen villains of all time!

I can't wait to buy this bluray. Flixter gave it to me for free but only in SD. If it ever goes for $4.99 I'd definitely upgrade to HD.

What an incredible start to the new year! Just One of the Guys is one of my favorites comedies and easily one of my most desired Blu-ray's yet to come out!

I mentioned in another thread that including a 4:3 vhs-like transfer could be an interesting novelty for cult films so long as adding it would not in any way compromise the a/v or put the disc over 50gb if a lot of extras are included. Apparently a few releases have actually done this.

I would always love dropping random lines at parties or with friends like "Where do you get off having tits?" and in my own special way: "it's ok.....longdramaticpause...he has tits."

Things would get real fun when someone knew what they were from!
