I wouldn't worry though. Things will bounce back in time.
Sheesh, people thought I dealt in risky stocks but you, you have serious nerve to trade currencies.

IMHO, the upcoming election will determine this.

On topic, I have been wanting to my my dad a BD player for months but he keeps saying things like, I don't have a 1080p TV to which I respond it won't matter at the 32" size. I think his bday this year or Christmas will be the right time for a player.

lol. Currencies aren't that bad. It's just takes time to learn and you have to have a good understanding of economics.

I’d love to start investing in stocks one of these days. Maybe once I become wealthy and retire.

We better hope that a hardcore capitalist comes into office. This socialist/communist crap that Obama and Hillary are pushing will sink this economy to a point where it will never return.

On a side note, we should have an economic debate thread in the OT. That would be *****in.

I read books and went to mortgage school. Right now wouldn't be a good time to get in as the market is in a slump

Very true. It wouldn’t be unwise to prepare yourself though for when it dose come booming back.

It’s also a good time to start maybe looking into stocks. A lot of stock are taking a beating right now and it could be a good time to snag a few shares for when the market picks up again.

Good luck finding any. Amazon is sold out and says 1 to 2 months. Best Buy is sold out online and says 1 to 2 weeks and a quick check locally for the Best Buy stores nearest me, there are none in stock. Looks like this machine is selling well.
