hd-dvd is still waiting for that magic moment they think is coming when sales of players jump 20 fold and overnight all the studios switch back because it reaches the magic price.

Sadly that day isn't coming. hd-dvd has always been about waiting for whats around the corner but never arives. Last year it was the player sale below $200 that would do it, then transformers, then $98 players, then it was all the loads of players that would be opened on christmas day that would turn the tide.

Guess what still dropping further and further in numbers, losing studios like it's going out of style. It would take an act of god to get it across to hd-dvd fans that their big triumph is never coming.

the profile 2.0 that some of you are talking about is including the ethernet connection. it sounds like a good idea to me cause you can download your updates right to the player off the internet. just thought i would throw that out there.

HD-DVD is doing the rope-a-dope...

they are letting us win every week until all BD owners go broke and can't buy any more movies....and then they are all going to start buying movies and we will have no match for that!!...

!!!

HDDVD has nothing left except a few little kids spreading lies on the internet. The problem is noobs that don't know any better believe that crap. I wish people would visit this site first to get facts before dumping there hard earned money on something that won't be around much longer.

Honestly, you can't let anything that the HD DVD group say bother you anymore. It is a waste of time and energy. Don't fall into thier world. Not worth it. Instead enjoy the blu world your in.
