This is a skip. Too many changes from the Theatrical Cut.

I saw TLJ on D+. Looked the same as the Vudu stream to me. How was it sweetened?

Hmm. I have one of those kicking around, too, and I didn't notice anything different about the D+ stream.

I really hope there are individual releases at the same time as the full set. I only want the OT and Rogue One, that's it. I'm not spending 300 someting GBP for 27 discs on a pack I don't like just for three discs I really want and have to buy Rogue One separately.

I really like the artwork schema so I hope its not "TBA" in the end... If you want to see original artwork, buy a poster its better to appreciate anyway!

First I've heard of it. Looks like those guys went to a lot of trouble to preserve the film. Only problem is I have no way to convert a 90GB file to disc! I have the other restoration edition burnt to a BD-25 which will do me for now.

Since the resolution is higher than 1920x1080, a Blu-ray player wouldn't play it anyway, correct? So I'm assuming you'd still be playing it from a computer. Then why does it matter if you have it on disc or not?

Or a hard drive connected to a UHD player, which is what I use.

I was wondering what the odds are that we'd be getting target exclusive 4K's for each release. I really liked their 4K release of Solo, and it would be fun to have that kind of packaging for all 9 films. I'm not going to get my hopes up too high though. I'm glad we are getting individual releases. I just hope the 4K of Rise of Skywalker matches the other individual releases they put out.

This is the way. I have it on a simple SanDisk 120 GB USB 3.0 thumb drive I bought for $14.99 at Best Buy, plugged straight into the back of my OPPO... pumping out all 78 GB of non-DNR deliciousness to my projector. It's everything I ever wanted the 1977 STAR WARS to be; my "home video holy grail". v1.4 is just about perfect, with only a few minor complaints: I still have to slightly desaturate my projector for the Mos Eisley cantina, or there are some wildly orange skin tones in there... and some of the spaceships in the ending battle are a bit more blue than I remember them being -- but I ain't complainin' cuz I love those original effects so much. It's just so freakin' good. All hail the Rebels who got this transmission out.

There's an official Blu-ray compliant, 1080p version of 4K77. Just use that.
