OP did you try a downloaded version from Apple or just streamed?

Just streamed. The 4K is the only way I have the issue. Viewing it in 1080p on other devices, there are no issues.

Are you playing it through the TV app or the iTunes movie app? There have been issues sometimes playing through the TV app. I always use the iTunes movie app as a result.

I tested both out, same issue both ways.

You have to select under the Apple TV’s settings. Under video setting just make sure to play your content in its original format.
