I agree we've seen the denial first as a pattern and probably will again but , thier saying as of 2 days ago thier still supporting both formats. We can't defute that until they say otherwise.

Bottom line is this: blu-ray has won. The dominos are falling at such a rapid rate now. Everyday we hear of a couple more companies dropping HD DVD and going blu exclusive. The corp head(s) at BB could say one thing last week and the next, the situation has change even more dramatically in favour of BD. The train HAS left the station and DUD missed it. Consumers HAVE made their choice. The numbers prove it, or we would still be at war with HD DVD. It will take very little time now for all companies involved to face the truth, get in line and go with the future as many have already done and are currently doing.

A crucial step in the war, because according to the FUD, Nielson does not include HD DVD.

No bottom line for BB is they don't consider it a win yet. (at least publically)

BB rep says for now until Toshiba gives in they are still selling it. Maybe he is spreading FUD and will later be corrected.

Funny... "Corrected" as every company has had to do and will continue to do when it comes to DUD support. They just want to remove their remaining stock at sticker prices. When thats finished, its finished. BB won't be purchasing any more DUD players for resale. I can gaurantee you that. they still have to unload all of those DUD players that are being returned.

yeah, that was from that tool Rob Enderle. And that rumor was just that, a rumor. Funny, you still don't see any other companies making HD DVD players. Wonder how Venturer feels about the Toshiba price slashing. I wouldn't expect them to stick around.

Now if we can only get them to carry some product. All the stores by me have a pathetic amount in stock. I think they may carry 15 titles.
