My issue with bluraysforeveryone is they they often grade the quality of the slipcovers 1 grade higher than they actually are. It's pretty consistent, and unfortunate as it means they're more expensive.

I'm not aware of any cheaper method unless he's walking them across the border and mailing from inside Canada.

I have relatives in Canada so mail things fairly often plus a few discs I;ve sold to Canada so I think I've checked all the methods. I've looked at all the common carriers and even using PAYPAL commercial rates which might get it to $18 for an 8-32 oz package.

I don't know why or how or if he's just eating $10-14 for multi-order customers figuring the profit on the items at least make a smaller profit on each item and Volume of extra sales.

If someone has a way to mail small packages US to Canada for under $10 truly just being selfish I would love to know how. The only method I can think of is some sort of High Volume Commercial contract

Hmmm. I wonder if he is fulfilling orders at the moment. I placed a few order but still says processing. One of the items is now listed for more money on his site and is also on ebay. I hope he honors transaction and ships but so far no communication? Paid via PayPal.

Ordered from him multiple times without issue. Sometimes he take a little longer sending out packages. Usually if no update after 10 days, I will send him a quick email just asking about the status, and he will then send it out the next day.

Wouldn't worry about the item that is priced higher. Had that happen as well, and was honoured without issue.

I bought Hurt Locker 4k recently from Cliff. No issues with shipping even though shipping cost was quite high. Also honored the original price for brand new even though the price increased after.

Used this guy Cliff sadly for me twice, NEVER again, slips were in awful condition, take his "word" for grading with a pinch of salt! one was not even the "pictured" slip on the site??

Second was a steel that the packaging was fine, but it was badly mauled inside, clearly sent it like that. Refused to give a refund & blamed everyone but himself, gave up & went through PayPal to get my refunds.

I would just steer clear of this guy simply awful!

He used to be my go-to source for retailer exclusives, but ever since he removed the shipping discount for repeat customers, it's just not worth it.

I've since found a mail forwarding service that only charges me $6.99 per package, and when you factor in the free shipping from retailers likes Target, Best Buy and Walmart, it's infinitely cheaper than the USD$20 that he charges for shipping to Canada.

The only time I get a bit hosed is if the retailer ships in multiple packages, which has happened a few times. Still cheaper than Cliff's service, though.

Anyone still using BRFE? I placed an order May 29 and it still hasn't shipped. No response to messages. I really don't want to have to try and get the money back, and I used to have good experiences shopping there.

If you use a mail forwarding service, then just have Cliff ship there rather than ship to Canada. That's what I do.

And Best Buy US ships to your mail forwarding service? They won't ship to mine. It's annoying. Hence, Cliff.

Sorry I don't frequent this forum too often and just saw this.

I used Shippsy during the pandemic because I didn't live too far from their warehouse in Mississauga, so it was easy to pick up packages. Now that the border is open, I use American Mailbox, which is right across the border at the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls.
