Buy a monthly entertainment pass from Now (TV) or you can buy a digital download from Amazon Video, iTunes or Google Play.
Vudu has it as well

In the U.S. they made the first episode into two parts yes; I know it was stupid because it really is one part where the American version cuts off.

I’ve never seen anything so wantonly violent in my life. This makes Paul Verhoeven look like Disney.

LMAO! It is pure art Gareth Evans is no soy boy his movies and TV Show is a work of art all the blood to paint.

Have you seen season 1 final episode of the season yet? I don't want to spoil it if you have not. Remember this show is based on the video game not in its entirety though.

Raid, Raid 2 and his short story in V/H/S 2 and now this TV Series you would think Hollywood would be begging him to make an action movie.

Actually, Hollywood would change every scene with blood and violence sadly just look how Adam Wingard has changed compared to his Indie movie days he was also a talented director.

I’ve seen them both, I was just surprised something like this ran on basic cable.

I finished the first season not long ago and it was pretty good brutal at times too believe that the first season is now available on Blu-ray and DVD which came out just yesterday Best Buy should have it. I'm already looking forward too that second season and the first season did air on AMC after the Walking Dead on Sunday nights also believe that the guy who directed The Raid films was involved in this TV show and might have directed and episode or two.

Because RLJ Entertainment doesn't do digital copies on any of their releases.

Just got around to seeing season 1 just now. Absolutely incredible, the action and fight scenes are an obvious highpoint and they're legit thrilling and wince-inducing and thankfully not too legion so as to ensure this is a crime and family epic first and foremost.

I was less enthusiastic about the ending of the penultimate season, with the
[Show spoiler]collapse of an entire high-rise which was basically an act of terrorism
. I didn't think this series needed to go this big. The last episode was good but arguably the worst of them all with way too many double crosses, shock kills (Dumani's daughter
[Show spoiler]kills a cop in her home with a shotgun
, subtle!) and murder victims being grotesquely displayed in public and silly intrigue (the investors?) like I had suddenly stepped into season 6 of 24. They even had split screen this time. I wasn't shocked when
[Show spoiler]Elliot killed Sean
, but a wee bit disappointed, like all the interesting characters are being wiped out. Also, the brand new mayor of London
[Show spoiler]is killed but nothing is said about it?!
Minor nitpicks perhaps, but eps 1-8 were so strong that I was a tad letdown. Action-wise it's a dud too compared to the rest.

But I'll watch season 2 without a doubt.

How much knowledge of Season One is required (if any)?

I watched Season One ages ago and, though I can recall the main story, I certainly don't remember all the different gangs & families.

I have not started season two. I am rewatching season one to remember as you said it has been some time since season one premiered sadly COVID pushed season two premiere back further.

All I remember is we finally got a glimpse of who the
[Show spoiler]investors
are in the end.

If there is a plan for season three hopefully this time, they will start production sooner. But if SKY does not go for another season can AMC take over the British series for another season?

I am happy the series got another season and I do hope Gareth Evans returns for season 3 or someone better takes over. I do not understand why Gareth Evans pass the torch to The Nun director Corin Hardy there are many better directors that fit to continue the series.

Season 2 without Gareth Evans you can tell how his action scenes are so beautifully done that you can notice the difference between directors. Season 2 still has plenty of the ultra action violence but the gory death is more direct.
