The others have been available from; Zavvi, Amazon, HMV (maybe?) and the Warner Bros shop.

A cool steelbook would be a glossy black front cover looking like the monolith. Nothing on it. Just inky black. And the back cover would have the opening shot of the moon, Earth, and the sun.

One has to be impressed with the lengths ToC will go for their product. Traveling off planet to get a picture of the patch with the Moon and Sun in perfect alignment, hovering in the background.
