In terms of A/V quality, both are roughly equal given this is a Universal HD master with moderate processing going on. The Kino looks to have slightly better compression in spots. Audio is identical and sounds quite good all things considered. That dogshit quality VHS trailer is the same on both releases. Kino also has an image gallery and an audio commentary by Peter Tonguette.
